On this project we completed a rear kitchen extension, side garage extension and new front porch. We also fully renovated the entire property including extensive landscaping works. 

A rear dining room extension with roof windows and large doors, creating a light living space for dining and entertaining. 

We converted a large agricultural barn into two dwellings on a local farm. On arrival the building was used to house cattle, so the project involved extensive building work with multiple trades, whilst ensuring no disruption to the daily running of the farm. 

This involved building a timber framed second floor over an existing kitchen extension. The work was completed without affecting the kitchen below and whilst the occupants remained living in the property throughout. 

Construction of a workshop on a difficult sloping garden site, requiring extensive earth moving, retaining walls, finishing with the installation of paths and a driveway.
